Victoria Dice
Owner - Vendor & Product Manager
Responsible for all Vendors and quality and selection of products.
Mrs. Dice began her career in the luxury hotel food and service industry. She is a graduate of the San Francisco Culinary Academy, where she graduated second in her class. She was hired by Mr. David Murdock, (listed #52 among The 400 Richest Americans, Forbes, 2005) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Castle & Cooke Inc., one of the largest commercial and residential home builders in CA, AZ, and Hawaii. Mr. Murdock had just purchased the Dole Pineapple Company and the majority of the island of Lani Hawaii where Dole had its largest pineapple plantation.
Mrs. Dice was brought in to build the operational group for two of Mr. Murdock's world class resorts and all restaurants on the island of Lani. After building a staff of over 160 people, she moved to the Real Estate division where she worked on the marketing and sales of luxury town homes, condos and private estates for some of America's wealthiest citizens.
Most notable in her career, Mrs. Dice managed the staff during the private wedding of Bill & Melinda Gates (listed #1 among The 400 Richest Americans, Forbes, 2005), who were married on the 14th Green of one of the resorts that she managed.
Because of her experience in products and service, Mrs. Dice will focus on Dice Homes supplier services & products. "Our customers have a vision and dream of what they want, and what they were sold. It is my job to make sure that the products, services, and timelines are met so that our clients get the product they deserve and expect," stated Mrs. Dice. In addition, she recently studied & passed the Michigan State Real Estate License Exam to refine her existing knowledge and understand Michigan's real estate law requirements.
Mike Simpson
President - Dice Holding Group
Responsible for management of all Dice companies including Dice Homes.
From 1998 until recently Mr. Simpson was the Vice President Finance & Administration, CFO for Per Mar Security Services, ranked #18 among SDM Magazine’s list of the100 largest security providers in 2005. At Per Mar he was responsible for all financial and administrative functions including their Central Station that serviced over 40,000 customer locations.
Prior to Per Mar Security Services, Mr. Simpson was with two publicly owned international organizations. From 1992 to 1998 Mr. Simpson was with Pinkerton’s Inc., as their Director of Operations and Director of Financial Services. From 1974 to 1992, Mr. Simpson was with the Wackenhut Corporation where his last position was Vice President of Management Information Services.
